Return Policy

At Lakshanyas LLC, we take great pride in offering high-quality, authentic silk sarees. Since each item is carefully inspected before shipment, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. Please review our policy below:

Handloom sarees usually have thread irregularities, knots and dying color overlap between the pallu and inside end of the body. These are not are defective as these are characteristics of handloom saree.

Returns Due to Defects:

We only accept returns if the item is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing flaw.
Handloom silk sarees has small knots nots are not defective as weavers need to change threads at the end of the reel.
Item for defective returns requires unboxing videos.
Items must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, blouse and accessories intact.
Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return due to a defect, please email our customer support team at lakshanyasllc@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and package unboxing video & photo of the defect.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will process a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we confirm the defect.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as sizing issues, color variations, or changes of mind. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images before placing an order.
